Freshlf Organic Rice, carefully selected from the Nan Jing series, combines the softness and stickiness of 5055 and the fragrance of 46. It grows by the riverside of The Ⅵ District on the west waterway of Zhangjiagang in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Here, the Yangtze River flowing from west to east slows down, changes its direction from east to south, creating an expansive river surface of eighteen miles.

The warm and humid monsoon is particularly favorable to this land, providing ideal conditions for the growth of rice. With the daily ebb and flow of the tide, the Freshlf base, located at the first sluice gate of the Yangtze River flowing into the inland river, always enjoys the cleanest water of the Yangtze River. What was once a reed beach was reclaimed and filled with thin sand, turning into barren sandy land. The Liangfeng people meticulously improved it with organic fertilizers and biogas slurry. After 2,920 days, with the sun shining and smoke rising, the heaven and earth resonate. The seeds germinate quietly and strive to grow upwards. On this pure land on the south bank of the Yangtze River, a magnificent poem of the changing of the times is written. The passionate fields and the hardworking Liangfeng people, between the rotations of the sun and the moon, finally harvested the abundant yield of 122 hectares.

Affected by the unique geographical climate and organic cultivation, the content of amylose in Freshlf Organic Rice is moderate, and there is a relatively high accumulation of amylopectin and soluble double-chain sugars, which is beneficial to human health.
